Responsible for developing & implementing strategic plans, partnerships, IP licensing and JV's worldwide. Created global sales channels for UAV, robotics, aerospace, defense, automotive, medical and security markets. Worked extensively with DOD and DARPA to develop military airborne video surveillance systems. Planned and grew sales, then sold IP for h/w and s/w product line of security & surveillance system to L-3. Won $12MM contract from DHS for live video enhancement system and forensic analysis used by police and military.

Also held P&L responsibility for $45MM custom engineered manufacturing business. Motivated employees to buy into ownership of business plan, improve production and enhance profit. Leveraged core competency to capture $15MM new business with DBS/SATCOM radomes. Won Presidents Award for record sales and record profits (45% GM). Formed JV's in USA, UK, Russia and China with local manufacturing via technology license. Led facility to achieve ISO-9001 registration for entire production facility. Analyze competitive position, recommend & negotiate acquisitions and integrate new businesses. Formed a ceramic composite JV with Dow Corning and obtained $12MM startup contract for F-22 engine parts. Led diversification of aerospace product line from concept to new stand-alone commercial profit center. Led team to win multiyear contract for CNC machined and bonded rocket motor nozzles worth $50MM.
